Japanese Morning Glory (Ipomoea nil)

Via Flickr:
The lovely flower and awesome leaves of Japanese asagao 'Beni Chidori'. This variety is worth growing just for the enjoyment of its leaves which show what the Japanese call "crystal variegation";. In leaves which show this type of variegation, the white shows on the top side of the leaf through to the back side of the leaf. These white patches can be seen in all the leaves shown in this photo.
